Aldenham Country Park is the perfect place to make camping memories and what better way to do that than with your friends and family.

Please note that whilst we are more than happy to accommodate groups, large and small,. the same rules apply to all campers, this is a family campsite and no group should disturb another; please take a look at our Camping & Glamping FAQ's for more information.

Option 1 – One booking, one payment for your group

1. Click on the Camping Book Now button, select the dates of your stay and input the total number of Campers - adults and children

2. Add Private Section of Camping Field this will book an appropriately sized area for the number of Campers you have selected, and will be bunted to ensure your group can pitch together

3. Add on any additional extras you wish to have such as a Campfire Package or BBQ Hire

4. Our team will record you as the GROUP LEAD and liaise with you to ensure everything is to your satisfaction

Option 2 – Several bookings paid separately

1. Create one booking for the GROUP LEAD - Click on the Camping Book Now button, select the dates of your stay and input the total number of Campers - adults and children

2. Add on any additional extras you wish to have such as a Campfire Package or BBQ Hire

3. Once you have received your booking confirmation, give the Booking ID (ABCD-123456) to others in your group advising them to add this reference after their name on their booking

4. This will link each additional booking in your group to your GROUP LEAD booking

5. We will add the Private Section of Camping Field to each booking at a charge rate of £2.95 per person and collect these fees from the card each booking party used to make their booking

6. Please share this information with all in your group so that they are aware of the fee being taken

7. Our team will liaise with you as the GROUP LEAD to ensure everything is to your satisfaction including preparing an appropriately sized group area where you can all pitch together

Option 3 – Group booking with Glamping, Bell Tent Hire or Cabin Camping
