Welcome to the Park & Farm. As Farm & Park Explorers you are free to explore the park, woodlands and working farm in your own time and pace in a self-led education trip. You and your class can examine wildlife at the lake, home to a wide variety of wild birds, ramble in the nature trails and visit 100 Aker Wood to find the homes of Winnie The Pooh and his friends, Eeyore, Christopher Robin and co.

With 100 acres to explore there is certainly plenty to see and do. The real working Farm is an ideal way to introduce children to farm animals. Follow the farm trail, read all about the animals, and engage with a wide variety of animals from chickens and ducks through to cows, pigs and even alpacas. A Farm & Park Explorers pass is £8.25 per child which includes access to the farm, 100 Aker wood, picnic areas and nature trails.

What's included in your visit:
- 1 free adult for every 6 paying children. Additional adults will be charged at £6.95 each
- Free pre-visit if required
- Free carpark exit for coaches - strictly by pre-arrangement
- First aid trained staff on site at all times
- Risk assessments and other health and safety information
- No minimum class size

Recommended Extras
- For the full Farm experience, we recommend feeding the friendly farm animals, an extra charge of £2 per bag of feed which can be shared amongst a few children.
- The Adventure playground is available to hire for a 1-hour slot when booked in advance – £2 per child or minimum fee of £50
