- Please read all signage in place around the park and follow our staff instructions to ensure you enjoy a safe visit
ALL VISITORS
- Abuse towards our staff in any form including verbal insults will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the park; failure to leave the park when requested will be reported to the police
- Welcome we want you to enjoy your visit safely; we are a multi faceted Park, Farm and Camping destination and we have some important rules, warnings and guidelines to be observed for your safety
- Hazards - Beware of electric and barbed wire fences as well as other trip hazards such as uneven surfaces, stumps, bumps and ditches; avoid stinging nettles, brambles and thorn bushes; avoid cattle grids, always use the pedestrian gates adjacent to the grid; stick to designated pathways, do not climb fences or into fields where livestock are grazing, if a gate if locked it’s for good reason
- Children - Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and teenagers under their care at all times during their visit
- Animals - Please do not touch or feed the animals by hand, do not enter any field with animals
- Dogs - Well behaved dogs on lead are welcome, please pick up, bag and dispose of your dog poo responsibly

- Please do not park on the driveway, proceed through the barrier to the car park or as directed by parking marshalls when in attendance; there is a fixed charge car park fee £4.50 weekdays and £5.50 weekends and bank holidays - for hassle free fast exit please pay by contactless card/phone at the exit barrier
- Fields signposted for Camping and Glamping are reserved for booked customers only; you are welcome to walk and enjoy other areas and fields with unlocked gates
- For your own safety do not enter any fields with animals
- Picnicking is permitted in designated areas only
- Barbecues and open fires of any form are strictly prohibited unless booked and confirmed as part of camping, glamping or private group areas
- Respect our leave no trace policy and take all litter away with you
VISITING THE FARM
- You are encouraged to pre-book your farm entry tickets on our website, this will facilitate a smoother admission
- Arrivals times are split into thirty minute slots throughout the day to assist us managing visitor numbers well within safe thresholds
- The Farm operates a one-way system and this should be followed at all times
- Browse our farm gift shop with consideration to others and avoid handling items you don't intend purchasing, in particular little hands do leave items grubby and unsaleable; whilst we accept cash our strong preference is for contactless payments
CAMPING & GLAMPING IN THE PARK
The following sets out our policy on safe camping at the Park, the facilities available and requirements of campers to ensure their safety as well as that of other campers, visitors and our staff:
- Minimum age - Under 18's must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who is responsible for the group
- Campervans - We accept small campervans up to maximum 5.5 metres length; we do not accept motorhomes or caravans on site
- Groups - You choose where to pitch your tent within allocated fields; to ensure you are able to pitch together groups must book a private section of the camping field which will be set out with posts and bunting; tents must be placed a minimum of 2 metres apart
- Children including teenagers should be supervised to ensure the safety of other campers, visitors and staff is not compromised by inappropriate behaviour
- Toilet & Shower Facilities - These will be cleaned regularly by our staff, however it is imperative you take personal responsibility of these shared facilities leaving as you would like to find
- Farm Shop – Our farm shop opens 7 days a week 09:00 - 17:00 and stocks fresh free range eggs from our laying hens and frozen meat from our sister farm Church Farm Ardeley
- Check In - Available from 9:00am until 5:00pm in the camping filed; prior to arrival we will send you the relevant check in details for the day of your arrival; A wrist band will be issued for each member of your group, please ensure these are worn for the duration of your stay for ease of identification; you will be required to pay new charges if you do not have a wrist band and are in the camping designated areas; view our Camping and Glamping Map
- Late Check In - If you require late check in please arrange this prior to arrival and call the Duty Manager on 07805 308 110 once you have arrived to alert a member of staff
- Check Out - Please check out by 3:30pm on your day of departure; there is no formal check out process other than you leaving your area tidy and litter free
- Parking - Most of the time it is possible to drive a car to the fields - exception is in winter when fields are wet; additional cars should be parked in the main car park; you will be provided with a code for exit and re-entry via the exit barrier on Dagger Lane; do not share this with other visitors who should use the main entrance gate and pay for parking prior to leaving; if you leave the site during your stay and return after dark please use the main car park, do not annoy other campers with your headlights
- Noise - We are a place for quiet enjoyment and ask all visitors to "leave no trace" nor disturb man, beast or neighbours whilst here; noise really carries on a campsite and tents don't insulate against noise at all - you can hear everything; make as little noise as possible and be particularly quiet early in the morning and late at night, we have a strict no music/tv or radio after 10:00pm rule; don't forget that actions such as closing and opening car doors and boots are also loud and will bother sleeping campers; you are on holiday and you will of course want to have fun, so it is a balancing act between enjoying yourself and not ruining the enjoyment of others
- Campfires - Please book our Campfire Package which includes permission to enjoy an open campfire and provides you with firewood, kindling, matches and firelighters; do not forage for wood in the fields or woods and do not burn your own wood, we do not want nails or other foreign objects left in the fire ash; hay bales are for seating and should not be burnt on the campfire; extra wood is available to purchase in the camping field; please ensure you have a means to put out the fire in the event of an emergency - sand, water or extinguisher; ensure your campfire is in an open space and at least 10 metres from bushes, trees or hedgerows; never leave your fire unattended, act responsibly and enjoy safely
- BBQs - For your convenience book our Large BBQ Grill, Tongs, Lighters & Charcoal package - set up for your stay; if you bring your own please ensure it is an off the ground barbecue; visit our Farm Shop for a choice of free range meat from our sister farm Church Farm Ardeley and our free range eggs.
- Fire Safety - Never cook, use candles or smoke in or near to tents, be carbon monoxide aware; keep children safe from open flames and burning embers; always ensure your fire and barbecue are fully extinguished before retiring for the night; use a torch at night rather than any form of open flame; keep matches and firelighters out of the reach of children; in the event of a major fire evacuate away from the tents to a safe area and call the fire brigade
- Sky Lanterns and Fireworks - are strictly prohibited
- Litter - Please leave the site as you find it and place your litter in the collection point within each field
- Your Agreement - By staying on our site you agree to abide by the above rules and guidelines, you may be asked to leave if you break them
- Thank you, enjoy your stay, we look forward to hosting you!
